Synopsis

A doctor in Chișinău saves lives by day and performs stand-up comedy by night—because jokes pay better than medicine. Meanwhile, the film’s director ends up hospitalized with a serious illness in the same hospital where his father died after a misdiagnosis. Confronted with pain, fear, and broken memories, he starts asking hard questions about Moldova’s collapsing healthcare system and what it means to stay in a country that fails its healers.
